In Loving Memory...

I'm very upset right now. I just got on my computer and on the AOL news it told that the last Titanic survivor,Millvina Dean died in her sleep today. I wanted to contact her and tell her about how interested I was in the history of Titanic. I never got that chance. I didn't know she would die this soon. She was 97 years old. Even though I never met her, I am very sad and crying right now because she was the only person left from the Titanic. So this post, I put in loving memory of Millvina Dean, the last survivor on the Titanic.

I've had a busy week

Once again I must apologize for not posting. Summer is here and there is so much to do. I have been getting books from the library to read this summer. We are also getting ready for our vacation. I will be gone from June 3-7. I will try to post a few more times before we leave Wednesday. The pile of books I have need to be returned to the library before we leave, so I will be busy reading. I have been trying to clean my room before we go too so that I can come home and not have to worry about cleaning it. My mom has been trying to find a good pet resort for our pets to stay at. I have been spending time on the phone with Shawna and using my computer since I won't get to next week. Summer is fun,but can also be very busy!

Andrea + Holly = Penpals

Today is a wonderful day! Andrea and I have been penpals for 5 years now! Isn't that great? 5 years ago, today, she wrote out her first letter to me. Today would be even better if we could meet; maybe someday we will. Happy 5th Anniversary, Andrea! Being penpals with you has been great!

Summer!

I love summer! Don't you? It's a time when you can hang out with your friends,go swimming, and have NO SCHOOL!!! Yay! Please comment if you love summer too!

New 'My favorite Things' blog

I made a new blog again. You may have noticed this blog is now just about me. Not about all the things I love. I have made a separate blog for that. It's called the 'My favorite things' blog.
